Anyone who knows me knows that few things give me as much joy as being complimented on a clothing piece I’ve thrifted. A huge smile flashes across my face as I proclaim, “Thanks, I got it at Goodwill/Savers/a yardsale!”

I’ve been getting so irritated with people posting about “transitional” outfits and pieces. There is over a month until spring begins. It’s 4 degrees outside. There is no way in hell I’m going to wear open toe booties right now. There is nothing transitional about February.
