Life in the Time of COVID-19 | Week 19
Posted On July 28, 2020
Week 19 is the calm before the storm for our garden. We’ve been slowly harvesting more and more, but I have a feeling the ripe tomatoes are about to go wild.
This week I got a few new fitness items in the mail. If you’ve read my blog post about my recent weight loss then you already know we got a new stationary bike that I’ve been using 5 days a week. So far I’m really enjoying it and can confidently recommend it as a really nice basic bike.
I also go a new leggings set from Girlfriend Collective. I know, I know! I didn’t need more leggings, but the color was too pretty to pass on and its a brand I’ve been wanting to check out for a while. If you’re a shorty like me this company its definitely worth checking out since they offer their leggings in multiple inseam lengths, something I haven’t found with most other companies.
My monthly Summer Water Societé from Winc arrived this week. At this point my little vintage wine rack is totally full and I’m not sure why, but it makes me feel like such an adult to have a selection of wines on hand. With my subscription they offer a feature were I can send friends free wine, you just cover tax and shipping. If anyone is interested just let me know. Right now I have six boxes I can send.
Austin got a free trial subscription to Skillshare to learn more about one of our cameras so we went out in the yard and played around some. I quite like how this one turned out. If any of you have used Skillshare and have a favorite class to recommend, let me know.
My thoughts in summary on this week:
1. I’m really sad that there is no new RuPaul programming for the next month.
2. I love wearing yellow.
