Rimmel Provocalips 16Hr Kissproof Lip Colour Review

Happy Valentine’s Day my loves! Today I want to talk to yall about my initial opinions on the Rimmel Provocalips 16Hr Kissproof Lip Color. I only have two colors so I can’t speak to the quality of the whole line, but from the two I have I can say I’m a bit torn.

The above color is I’ll Call You. It’s a gorgeous deep rose pink. This color gave me everything that the product promises. It’s super pigmented , beautiful, and lasts all damn day. Literally I put this on around 7AM and had to use oil to work it off around 6PM. This stuff stays put and looks amazing all day long. I had an amazing experience with this color.

This color is Dare to be Pink. My first thought is this color is so not pink, at least not on me. It’s very much a peachy tone. This color does not apply in an opaque layer. The lightness of the color combined with the fact that this color wore away much more makes the lips look incredibly dry and crackly. I tried applying it many times and many different ways and nothing worked with this one.

I’m not sure what to think of them. I’ll Call You was amazing but Dare to be Pink was awful. I would love to try a few other colors to get a more well-rounded view of the line but I’m trying to cut down on buying makeup for a while so for now all I can for sure recommend is to buy I’ll Call You and stay far away from Dare to be Pink.
